Responsibilities:

• Implementing age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
• Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
• Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Following all daycare policies and procedures.
• Assisting children with their daily needs, including meals, toileting, and rest periods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with young children (preferred, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!).
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check clearance.
